FAQ: logging in, password creating and activating account

ALREADY AN ACCOUNT AND YOU NEED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD?

A brief explanation of how to reset the password for your Projectpro account:
Step 1: Go to https://employees.projectpro.be/signin and click on ‘Forgot password or workspace’ at the bottom right. Step 2: Enter the email address linked to this account and click on ‘Send reset instructions’.
Step 3: You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. This email will show the name of your workspace at the bottom left, and at the bottom right you can click on ‘Set new password’.
- If necessary, check your spam folder for the email relating to Step 3. This email will come from: “no-reply@enhansa.com”.

NOT YET AN ACCOUNT?

Scenario 1 : No account activated yet but person already exists in the system because already assignments have been created for that person:

Employee or client: similar procedure

  • That person will have to create a new account on Projectpro for employees with the mail address already used in the tool as the contact mail address. 

    • From the moment she is logged into ProjectPro, then she will get "we found a profile, would you like to link it".

    • If she clicks YES here, then she will also see her 10 jobs.

    • If she clicks NO, she will be stuck again.

Scenario 2 : No account activated yet but person tries to create an account with a different mail address than the one that already exists in the system:

Employee or client: similar procedure

  • Employee Sara Sahara already exists in ProjectPro as an employee.

    • She has 10 jobs

    • She does not have her own workspace and has therefore never logged in.

    • Email address linked to her data in Projectpro is sara@sahara.com

  • Sara decides to create an account with sarasahara@gmail.com

    • She will have to create her account but gets an error message "this national number is not unique".

    • Correct: because her national registry number is already linked in Projectpro to sara@sahara.com

    • This account is useless in Projectpro.

  • She will need to create a new employee account for employees with sara@sahara.com.

    • When she logs on to Projectpro, she'll get the following message: "We've found a profile, do you want to link it?

    • If she clicks YES, she will also see her 10 jobs.

    • If she clicks NO, she will be blocked again.
